Most orders over 199.99 before taxes, will ship for free within continental Canada & USA by Fedex or Canada Post /USPS. (Please note that some large orders such as multiple instrument purchases will be subject to a small shipping fee). Included with your shipment is quality inspection/set up if necessary, full insurance and professional packaging. Smaller orders will ship very inexpensively, and the shipping prices are shown clearly with each item.
We have made checkout and shipping prices simple:
If your subtotal is $0 to $19.99, shipping is $5.99
If your subtotal is $20.00 to $99.99, shipping is $11.99
If your subtotal is $100.00 to $199.99, shipping is $19.99
If your subtotal is $200.00 and over, shipping is FREE!
Shipping prices are at a flat rate and are the same for Canada and U.S. buyers. Please note that some areas such as Alaska, Hawaii, NWT, Nunavut, Labrador, Puerto Rico, & coastal areas, etc, will be more expensive, so if free shipping is shown for the item you want to buy, keep in mind that there will be an additional small amount required to cover the actual shipping. If you want to upgrade your shipping method or are unsure of anything on your order, just email us- we always respond to our emails within a few hours, and we are always flexible on shipping costs where possible and will be happy to answer your questions promptly.
Also, as we always give you the best deals possible on shipping, in most cases, multiple items purchased at the same time will ship for a lower combined rate. Most of our items are shipped via Fedex or Canada Post to continental Canada and the U.S.

USA buyers- A nice option that we offer our U.S. buyers is to have your item shipped directly from our distributor in the U.S. by UPS, which makes for even faster shipping, fast & easy warranty resolutions if needed, and no Customs charges. This method is of course subject to availability on your item.
